Garowe, 17 November 2025 — The Chief Executive Officer of Gaashaan Legal today took part in a public consultation forum jointly organized by the Puntland Parliament and the Puntland Non-State Actors Association (PUNSAA).
The forum focused on gathering feedback and contributions from key stakeholders on the draft bill establishing the Puntland Quality Contract Agency.
During the session, the Gaashaan Legal CEO provided insights and expert recommendations aimed at strengthening the proposed legal and institutional framework. Participants emphasized the importance of transparency, accountability, and improved regulatory standards to enhance the quality of public contracts across Puntland.
The consultation, held in Garowe, forms part of broader efforts to promote inclusive governance and ensure that major legislative reforms reflect the views of civil society, private sector representatives, and legal professionals.
